The commercial side of the garden: the ventures that earn, and the open cores they publish.
The garden pays for itself. Bootstrapping is the first article of the covenant, so the commercial work is not a separate company bolted on. It is the part of the same crew that invoices.
Three ventures are running: NimbleCo, Hosaka FM, and DigiCryptids, whose alien anthropologists study the irrationality of human finance behaviour.
NimbleCo
NimbleCo is the consulting practice. It designs agent swarms for other organizations, runs them in production, and trains the people who will still be running them after the engagement ends. That last part is the difference from most agent consultancies: the deliverable includes operators who can keep it alive.
Client work is not described here, and will not be. What is public is the practice itself, the brand assets, and the parts of the stack that got handed into the commons.
Hosaka FM
Hosaka FM answers one question: which musicians are about to break. It fuses fourteen independent signals, from radio play through festival bookings down to underground retail, onto a single artist identity across roughly two million clusters. The live map is open to anyone and needs no signup.
The open core
Where a venture has a public core, it is a real repository rather than a teaser. The founder-support work ships its methodology and tooling under MIT, and the hosted service is the paid part.
